Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. We have been campaigning against animal testing in the beauty industry since 1989 and do not test any of our ingredients or finished products on animals.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 45 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the items are in their original condition.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to most major countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Are your products vegan?
While many of our products are 100% vegan, some contain ethically sourced honey or beeswax. We are currently working toward making our entire product range 100% vegan certified by the Vegan Society.
